Admission Process

Admission Process is conducted by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State for the candidates from Maharashtra State.

Rules and Guidelines

The rules as stated by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State , would be applicable for admission through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) to first year of 5-year Degree course in Architecture.

The rules and guidelines for admissions to be followed by the unaided institutes for Institute level seats as well as for the seats remaining vacant after the completion of CAP.

Eligibility Criteria

No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless she/he has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate

Academic Year 2024-2025 (First Year B. Arch.)

  • Open: - 1, 34,000/- (Tuition Fee Rs. 1,19,110/- + Development Fee Rs. 14, 890/- )
  • OBC:- 74, 445/-* ( Tuition Fee Rs. 59,555/- + Development Fee Rs. 14, 890/- )*Subject to eligibility for scholarship.
  • SC, ST, VJNT, SBC:- 14,890/-* ( Tuition Fee Rs. 00/- Development Fee 14,890/- ) *Subject to eligibility for scholarship.
  • EWS:- 74, 445/-* ( Tuition Fee Rs. 59,555/- + Development Fee Rs. 14, 890/- ) *Subject to eligibility for scholarship.

Overview

  • B.Arch. Degree from a recognised University with minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Candidates awaiting B. Arch. Results may also apply.
  • APPEARING for MAH. M.Arch. CET is COMPULSORY for seeking admission to PG Courses in the state of Maharashtra.
