PVPCOA encourages its faculty members to publish research papers in journals of high repute. Faculty are incentivized by providing support for domestic as well as foreign travel and accommodation for presenting their research papers in conferences of high academic value.

Faculty Development Programs are also conducted in-house to enhance their research skills. Various research-oriented activities like Faculty Training Programs, Seminars and Symposiums are organized by the college to create a platform to bring faculty members and academicians from the architecture fraternity, professionals from the industry and experts from allied fields for academic discourse and scholarly interactions.

Additionally, PVPCOA encourages its faculty members to engage in academic pursuits like PhD programs and coveted fellowships allowing time away from certain academic responsibilities.
